METHOD

Rub basil leaves around the inside of the glass and discard. Combine and shake gin, juices and syrup with ice, pour into glass then float rosé wine on top.

  • 15ml fresh clementine juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Rosé wine
  • Basil
